I am a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience and a focus in banking technology, payments, capital markets, and financial services transformation. I have led business growth, turnaround, and international expansion across regulated and technology-intensive environments, working with banks, market infrastructures, and financial institutions across Europe.
Until recently, I served as CEO of Reactive, where I led the company’s turnaround and its merger into the Almaviva Group. I am now supporting the post-merger integration and continue to work on strategic initiatives at the intersection of financial services, digital transformation, and innovation.
Alongside my executive work, I collaborate with expert network firms as a specialist connector between investors and the regulated financial infrastructure side of fintech, especially where execution, regulation, and scaling matter.
I contribute to the Rome Business School’s postgraduate master programs. sharing practical insights on fintech, AI, and the future of banking.

My career has combined strategic leadership with operational execution across regulated, technology-intensive environments, with a consistent focus on business growth, turnaround, and organizational change.
My core expertise is in banking software, system integration, and the delivery of complex technology solutions for financial institutions. I have worked extensively with banks, market infrastructures, and technology partners on payments, treasury, securities, liquidity management, and digital transformation programmes, with direct exposure to cross-border and institutionally sensitive operating models.
Most recently, I served as CEO of Reactive, where I led a company turnaround and the subsequent merger into the Almaviva Group, and I continue to support post-merger integration. Prior to that, I held senior roles at TAS SpA, where I contributed to international expansion, product strategy, business development, governance, and restructuring across several European markets.
I have worked in consulting with Pwc, audit with Price Waterhouse, aviation with Eurofly, and entrepreneurial initiatives, including my role as partner at SAIL Group from 2006 to 2025, with a focus on real estate and hospitality. I also served as Non-Executive Director at CIPI, supporting the entrepreneur and President in the company turnaround.
I hold a degree in Economics and Commerce, completed FT Non-Executive Director training, and am a Statutory Auditor registered with the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance.
